The food was amazing even though they did not make my order right and I did have to wait more then 20 minutes in the drive through to get but on a positive note the employee I spoke with was very kind!
I got ripped off by Ashley at register , I ordered 2 gordita crunch duo with steak advertised as $5.99 and a crunchy taco supreme and a medium mountain dew a meal by menu prices would be about $12 but I was charged $24 and when I asked she said mine are different , well I hate to tell you but I worked at taco Bell and there exactly the same ! You intentionally ripped me off and lied to me Ashley ! Is this how taco bell treats customers ? Here is my receipt !
Whoever made my food at this tacobell 9/12 at 3:40pm deserves a freaking raise!!!! AMAZING JOB keep up the work Tacobell.
Absolutely rude employee came over the speaker phone because we were asking a question about the fact you can't "trade" an item on the lux box.when the guy on the speaker said you could. It was an uncharge. We simply were asking if it was a straight upcharge or if it was just the item we chose. A very rude lady cut us off while we were talking and said basically do you want the item or not. Will never go back!
