Usually im not one to leave bad reviews, but this was SO disappointing. I went last night and spent $30 on a mobile order. At the speaker I gave my name and when she pulls the order up, she says “oh good lord” mind you, it was only 7 food items 3 sauce cups. I waited in line for about 10 minutes. I get to the window, they ask me what my order is, i tell them the name, and she goes on to say they are short staff it will be a minute. She hands me the bag, forgets my drink so i ask for it. There is no way 3.6 starts is correct. You guys have to open up your lobby at night. This is terrible. I been on line 40 minutes. If I didnt place my order online, no way would I stayed. 40 minutes amd just got to the speaker. This is crazy. Then there is a guy outside smoking while cars are wrapped around the building. This is management not doing their job
