Worst Taco bell I've ever been too... more lettuce than meat and my crunch wrap was horrible all soggy. Waste of money don't waste your time and money on this location.
Everything about this bueno is bad. They haven’t had a sign in forever. When you walk in they just say “what” no hi, what woukd you like… just what. Slow, gross and zero customer skills. It’s in need of new management in a serious way. I always dread coming here
Ordered a chicken quesadilla at noon hour through drive thru when I looked at it the tortilla was not browned and was limp..So I took it back and asked for manager (Milissa) she looked at me lolike I was crazie I said I understand that your busy please make me another in an have it browned please. When I got back to my truck and tore the paper open the quesadilla was brown but it was shoved into the package and 1/4 of it was smashed and unable to eat with hand. I ordered from the Taco Bell app while sitting in the lobby at the 71st Street location, but the app placed my order at the Catoosa Taco Bell — 15 miles away! When I asked for help: The 71st Street Taco Bell refused to make my order. The Catoosa Taco Bell refused to cancel it. Neither location would issue me a refund. So I was left paying for food I never received. That is completely unacceptable.
