Came in like normal ordered my food, three loco Doritos combo. Received my food in a timely fashion, now normally I never have issues here but today was different. Last two times our order was missing items. Food was cold and tasted just old. With the price increase I’d expect better attention to detail and food quality. Found a string in my taco pictured below. Manager Jessy seemed like it wasn’t really a priority. Disappointing for sure.
Rude rude rude! Luis (Louis?) didn't even even make eye contact with me while handing my credit card to me or my food. When I mentioned it to him (so I didn't need to post it here) he gave me excuses and told me he got it...as if to dismiss me.
