Never in the 2 plus years I've been living here has this location ever gotten an order right. Which is why I usually drive 15 minutes to the next location, rather than this one, which is in walking distance of me. Today was the the biggest failure, which led to this review. I got a crunchwrap that was not grilled at all, just soft tortilla, missing 3 main ingredients, plus the 2 add on ones I paid extra for. They were not busy, I was the only customer. Save yourself the time and waste of $, chooseba different location
Kiosk system sucks. I ordered and nothing. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I’m done with Taco Bell.
how does a drive thru take this long when i started the order the sun was out by the time i got it it was completely dark
They need to PAY ATTENTION to peoples orders. Paying almost $8 for a Quesadilla and they put absolutely no sauce inside of it.even tho I said put EXTRA. Never coming here again.
