Jalen informed me that he did not know how to enter or apply my rewards code so I could receive my Taco Bell points. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Taco Bell encourages customers to use the mobile app and rewards program, yet when I attempted to use the benefits I had earned, the employee was unable to process my code because he did not know how the system worked. Me and my fiance arrived around 8:20 sat and waited for a hour! People who ordered after us started getting their food before us. The workers prioritized the drive through and doordash rather than the 11 people who were in the lobby waiting. Ended up just leaving with no food and the loss of almost $30.
Absolutely pathetic service at Taco Bell. I clearly asked for fresh food and still got cold, stale garbage. Tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Lazy staff, terrible quality, complete waste of money.
I ordered door at this location and the guy that took my order made had the nastiest attitude and they made my food wrong. I ordered 3 cheesy roll up add meat and cheese and a soft supreme. He charged me for pico De gallo on my cheesy roll ups even tho I stated all I wanted was meat and cheese added. Didn’t offer a refund for what he charged me. I will not be back to visit this establishment.
I hate leaving reviews because I’m a restaurant owner and know how critical and rude customers can be. But I was eating my Mexican pizza that I bought from this store, and there was a piece of plastic in my food. I used to work at Taco Bell when I was in high school and I can tell this is a piece of plastic from one of the frozen goods they received that wasn’t properly prepped. Service was great and super quick, but I’d prefer not to accidentally swallow a piece of plastic bag.
