Horrible customer service ordered drive thru they forgot 2 burritos of mine and I didn’t get a straw for my drink yet no sauces/salsas how am I supposed to eat this food with no salsas Yet they didn’t even give me a straw for my drink
Nobody at counter. 1 of 2 self order computers are down. Finally got to the one that works. Our food didn't come. I finally flagged someone down. They had the order but hadn't started it. It was ridiculous. If you select pay cash at counter, there is nobody there. You have to try to flag them down, pay then they will approve your order to be filled. What a sad state of customer service.
DOES NOT OPEN AT 7AM. People were inside working, place was glowing with lights, and their menu sign was up and functional with their prompt to ask if it's a mobile order. However, door was locked and no one came over the drive through intercom.
never opens at 7 am. if you ever want anything in the morning you have to wait until 8 or 9 am
