Got delivery. Waited 2 hours for my food n never received it. Called the store and the manager gave me the runaround blaming the 3rd party. Horrible experience at this location! Avoid at all costs
I would give this place a zero star if possible. They refuse to fulfill orders either online or at drive thru. They state they are only fulfilling door dash orders when they have an 8 cars there in person and 10-25 people inside the restaurant. Worst service location I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had numerous bad experiences here before but figured I’d give them another chance since the other Taco Bell in cape is closed for remodel only to be told I had to get a refund and not get my order because it wasn’t through door dash. ... read more
