We didn't order food from them today, though we have before. When we did order, the food was very mediocre. Today when we went in, I approached the counter to ask a question. The members of their staff were too busy joking around with each other to even bother acknowledging me even though they clearly saw me waiting. The atmosphere of the restaurant gives me a strong impression that they simply don't care and that being there is a bother to them.

By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. The one on Kingshighway is temporarily shut down so everyone has resorted to this one. Only reason I would ever come here. Don’t let them fool you though. This Taco Bell is ALWAYS TERRIBLE. Ran out of ice, napkins, lobby was filthy, and if you wait to there to ask a question workers will look at you and completely ignore you. Everything we ordered was wrong or tasted off. They took so long to get us our drinks, even though I was standing there at the front counter and they hadn't even made them when I asked for them. I then had to come back up because they put Pico on my items when I asked for tomatoes and lettuce only and I actually had to sit down because it was taking so long for someone to come back to the counter that my fiance had to stand up there with other people who were waiting.
