The staff in the back was rude. I was there with my dad and he asked if someone would take our order and the guy said no that there was a kiosk. And the food we ordered was not that great

Went into the lobby to order and the place was filthy. they said I had to use the self-service kiosk but I couldn't even find the products that I wanted on it, I really don't want to go in there and have to do their job, not sure why someone could not take my order. There was a mildew odor. Decided to go through the drive-thru. An even stronger mildew odor came through the drive through window. This restaurant needs a good cleaning. We were there today and all the tables were nasty and sticky. The floor was the same way. We were there at 1145 am so it was obvious the place had not been cleaned the night before. Or maybe for a couple days. Also, the staff simply refused to take our order at the counter. This place does not treat young teens very well, they mess up their orders and give them the wrong food every time. They need a better supervisor or owner. Somebody who is responsible and will hire and train better, more hospitable employees.
