Walked in with NOBODY ELSE in the restaurant. Ordered 4 items on the kiosk. Patiently waited.....6 more customer come in and are being served before me. 30 minutes go by now I have to say something. I asked the lady why my name wasn't called when I can see my bag ready to go. She informs me that Mobile orders have to be asked for.... Clearly wasn't a mobile order.
