Dear Taco Bell enthusiasts, on January 8th 2026. After a long day of school and work with no food from 7 am to 1:39 am when I pulled into this Taco Bell I was met with an ai ordering system. I admit I was a little annoyed and happened to say a few poor choice of words. Thinking no one was listening, might I add. The ai rounded up on accident. This used to be our favorite but now they don't like customers... They won't talk to you or let you order with a worker (they'll click the kiosk buttons for someone though...). But the worst part is that the food regularly is AWFUL here now. We kept giving chances even thinking eating in the building would mean better quality food.... We were wrong. Was scolded twice by the staff member at the window, Gabriella, because the AI didn’t pick up my order, and she had to manually take my order. Absolutely inexcusable.
Made an order through the mobile app and it took me ten minutes to get there after ordering and I had to wait thirty minutes to actually get my food that wasn’t even near a big order. They were constantly serving the drive through people and were inattentive to the front. Food was not prepared good and looked rush. Many of the workers were sitting around and not doing much either.
This is one of the worst locations. They charge a loy of money for nothing. 2nd time ordering food from here and they don't put nothing inside their tortillas and tacos
