I love taco bell, but this one is the worst with the service, always forgetting something, make sure you check before driving off. My fries are always way to crispy, there’s never the right amount like in this photo that fry was a size medium, and overcooked like you can taste the fryer/grease, and they never give enough cheese dip and most of the time it’s burning hot while there’s one drop of it. They used to be well with that but now it sucks.
Customer service is not what it was 10 years ago. Waited 10 minutes and no one took my order. I was told to use my phone. 33 minutes to get my order. And still never got my order had to walk out.
Order was completely wrong then was gonna have to wait 25 minutes to get right one and didn’t even refund right amount of money
