Placed a pickup order at 9:10, got there at 9:20 and no one was in the store. Called the store and asked if anyone was there with no reply. 15 minutes passed and the only two employees there came in from smoking in their car and reeked of smoke. This is probably the 8th time I've ordered and no one had even noticed it popped up until I got there and pointed out my ticket that was printed 10 minutes ago. Save yourself some time and annoyance and eat somewhere else.
No one was there when we went to pick up our mobile order. Took several minutes for the two employees scheduled to come in (They were in in their car.) and make our order. (We placed our order before leaving to pick it up. This location was ten minutes away from where we were.) They smelled like cigarettes and didn't wash their hands after smoking. Took about twenty minutes to get our order. Very unhappy with the service I received today.
It's Taco Bell it's okay and expensive it's cheaper for a family of 4 to go to El Rincon and actually be full.
