There aint nothing worse than a food server that can't give you what I pay for and the funny thing was, this guy was All American. So there was no Language barrier. Management needs to look into their workers. Make sure the customers are getting what they're paying for. If I had an option for zero stars, that's what I would have gave.

Terrible experience, on march 23th I went around 11pm and they refused to take my order, they would just say hi on the drive thru and after I say my order they would not keep speaking so drove up to the window and she was standing there, proceeded to ignore me and then walk away to the inside register to hide, which is funny because the door was closed to walk in so she couldn’t have been taking an order of someone inside. This was done totally on purpose to avoid working

I frequent this location as it is close to my home, but every single time I order my modifications are never done. It’s a waste of food and money. Today I ordered everything with no sour cream and still it had sour cream. My girlfriend ordered a famous bowl with no cheese and it had cheese. We tried calling to resolve the issue, but after 4 calls straight to voicemail we settled on writing a review. This is horrible service and we are sick of it.
