I’m big on the Cantina menu and unfortunately the Crispy Tacos are always stale tortillas, or they overdo the cheese and it becomes a smushy mess. Today my cantina crispy tacos as you see in the photo were just a mess, and stale. Please retrain the team on how Cantina crispy tacos are made! Not every Taco Bell location is like this but this one doesn’t know what they are doing. UPDATE: they’ve gotten better!
The employees are ALWAYS courteous and helpful and is always hot and good and look like the pictures. I don’t have to look for ingredients.There are 2 restaurants closer. But I choose this one every time,

You should pay more attention to your front counter. I was standing there waiting to order for 10min. Nobody came up so I just walked out and went to McDonald’s instead
