Serving Tray had both dried and wet lettuce and beans on it when served. Soft tacos,one had zero cheese, all three had all the ingredients lined out in a row, not spread across the tortilla. Drinkcup had pieces of the tray trash spread on it. Drink machine is out of calibration. Woman in white glasses extremely rude. Will never eat at this store again. May not eat at any Taco Bell anywhere, for that matter.
i waited inside the lobby for 20 minutes to pick up my order. normally i wouldn’t care about waiting if it’s busy because i understand stuff happens, but there were maybe 2 cars in the drive thru and the only other people in the lobby were also waiting for 20 mins just to pick up.when i told the worker i was there to pick up an order they just ignored me.
When you try to get no onions and they still put onions on your food. As well as extra sauce and you get two packets for 10 tacos. Stingy with items and still paying like $50 for a meal is a joke.
Service has improved so much within a year. I used to never come to this location because of how horrible it was the couple of times i did.
