This location is notorious for rarely getting the order correct. Today wasn't too crazy though. If I do go back and have them correct it, it'll add another 5-10 minute wait and the rest of the food gets cold. The real reason why I put NO lettuce on the soft potato taco is because then they'll add the correct amount of potatoes. When you let them add lettuce they add a sad 6-7 pieces of potatoes. The food is good, when you get it correctly though 🤷♀️
This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten bad Taco Bell from this specific location… but it was definitely the worst. They got maybe a tiny part of our order right. Burned one of the grilled cheese burritos… that were both beef even though one was supposed to be steak and the other black bean. The rice in the cheesy bean and rice burrito was crunchy…. Like maybe over done or not done rice. The lettuce in the tacos was… frozen. And mildly transparent. With that said… we won’t be ordering from this location again. :/ disappointed.
Store was freezing cold. No employee at the counter, tried to use the kiosk but they don't allow for breakfast combos. Was in there 5 minutes and No one came to the counter. Left and ate elsewhere.
