Ordered delivery from Taco Bell app and this is the 2nd time we were missing several items—nearly half our order this time. The store wouldn’t help us and the delivery driver never responded about missing items. Would not recommend any type of delivery via app or door dash. Too much of a hassle that no one seems to be able to fix. Store said they don’t know how to get a driver to go back out to correct the order, and they can’t refund the missing items because I have to call corporate for that. There is a guy that works here that is absolutely wonderful. But the ladies in the back cooking? They prioritize everything over Customer Service. And I mean everything.
