This is crazy! Called ahead of time to make sure they had what we wanted cause a different store we tried had a broken machine. Physically talked to a person that checked for me and said they had what we wanted. Get there in the drive thru and we're told that they discontinued it? What? I can see stuff happening when you just show up, but we called ahead. So disappointed. Can't count even on people telling you ahead if time.
Every time is cash only or you have to order only through the app. Not sure why this location always has payment restrictions.
Everyone I go here (maybe once every couple of months) there’s ALWAYS an issue. Either they “got slammed with DoorDash orders so it’ll be at least 30 mins until we can even make your food” or “we’re not taking orders anymore we have too many right now” or today they told me “our screens don’t work” and when I asked if I came inside would they work and she responded with “NO MAAM.
