Had an order for six items. Waited 25 minutes before giving up and walking out empty handed. 3 times an employee asked me what I was waiting for, then they would just disappear. Meanwhile, I observed 2 employees sitting in the lobby eating and on their phones, walk behind the counter and get themselves drinks. I waited more for this “fast food” than I would at a full service restaurant. Not sure how they couldn’t figure out how to make 6 items in almost 30 minutes.
Food is usually good. Service is usually friendly, but I haven’t had a complete order even once from here. Something is always missing.
Always get my order right, employees are never rude. Good place to eat
