Nicholas in the drive thru was great!
I’m always prepared to sit for a half hour if I go to this one at night. It’s awful. The drive through also blocks you in so you can even leave if your late to get somewhere
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Shoutout to Leon and his team at Taco Bell in Utica! Everyone was super nice and friendly. I even forgot to order a drink with my food, and they were kind enough to give me one for free. It was such a small thing, but I really appreciated it! Great team and great customer service. 🌮❤️
Easy drive-thru great employees
All the food was okay except for the chicken tenders I don't know if it's just the tenders they have at Taco Bell or if those weren't cooked all the way but sadly I was disappointed otherwise a good restaurant
