Taco Bell has been my go-to on the rare occasions where I get fast food, for maybe a decade. But recently, I found a clump of hair in my burrito. The kind that forms around a ponytail holder that’s been holding someone’s hair back all day. A stray hair would be gross, but at least fathomable. But a clump? Why? How?
I ordered thru the app. I get there they say I was suppose to go thru the drive thru... the line was very long, so I went inside then was told it would have to wait. 30 minutes later I got my cold food. As I was standing there watching them make food, it was disgusting.. dirty, workers not wearing gloves. I'm done with them in Pacific MISSOURI
Most stupid store i have ever seen, i could literally wait for 40 mins for the order the staff told me you gonna get the food within 5 mins, taco bell should hire good staff or just shut the whole store.
