The food hasn't been hot even one time I've received food there in the last year since moving home. The workers are always rude, and the order is always wrong in some capacity. Most recently I placed the order before leaving my house through the app. I arrived somewhere around 5-8 minutes later, told them my name, and that I had an order for pickup. Definitely the customer, ordering on the app doesn’t mean your food gets made soon as yall hit submit we got under 1:30 to make your food and get you from the window I won’t be surprised if they close or move taco bell somewhere else yall are too inconsiderate
Service is terrible, if they forget your order they always put the blame on the customer, really sad.
