That homeboy Devin who works nights is the reason i don't go to McDonald's. He is always chillin and pretty much everybody is chillin. Way better attitude than across the street.
The GM, Ken, was so kind to us and went absolutely out of his way to make sure we received amazing service when we couldn’t get the AI operated drive thru to cooperate with our order. Everyone was so nice and our food was definitely the best Taco Bell meal we’ve ever had. After being on hour 10 of a road trip, Ken’s kindness was so so so appreciated. Thank you!!!
Staff was very rude. Didnt give us our cups, we asked nicely, one of the staff glared and walked away without helping. Another staff member tried to help and gave us the wrong size cup, then lied and said we ordered wrong. The staff seemed to not care about helping, and the woman who glared at us walked out quickly. It was clear it was the end of her shift, but she still treated us very rudely.
I asked for 5 nuggets and this is what they gave me took so long for them to bring out the food worst Taco Bell ever
