Whoever was working the drive-thru tonight was completely unprofessional. Their attitude was nasty, communication was poor, and they were extremely rude. The customer service standards here have really gone downhill…please do better when hiring for customer-facing positions. The girl at the window didn’t like when I got an attitude back to her after she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed when I came back through the drive thru after they got my order wrong. Then they said they weren’t going to ring me up for saying that she needs to check her attitude. Trash employees.
Went there this morning for a big order. The person taking the order and payment was great but not so much the food. My son's cheese roll up had hardly any cheese on it and was completely flat. The chicken cantina burrito was lacking some of the other ingredients that were meant to be inside and was sloppy. The steak burrito was completely flat and had only like four pieces of steak in it. You state your open 3:30-4 i rolled up at 3 and the guy came over the speaker and said yall closing.. um since when do yall close early. Last time ill be here food is always half made anyway.
