Woefully messed up our order and experience. There was a hair in my chicken chalupa (I asked for a beef substitute) and I asked for no ice in our drinks (there was ice). The employees "efforts" were also subpar. The drive thru human was incredibly short with us while ordering. While I waited in the car for my husband, who went to resolve the hair issue, at least four different employees went out to the dumpster for a smoke break. Screwed up my order again.
Do noooot waste your money at this location! They only prioritize drive thru orders, so if you order inside or through DoorDash (meaning you’re paying more), your order is the lowest priority and always a 40+ minute wait. Absolutely ridiculous model of business, and a shame because people that pay more are waiting longer.
