Placed an order online with a 5pm pickup time around noon today (As I have done every time we get Taco Bell without issue for the whole time they've been there). Some employee scolded my wife and said they don't do pre-orders. If you don't do them, why is it an option and why has it literally never been an issue until now? Ordered from the drive up. When we got back to our hotel room. The food we ordered was not done correctly. We ordered a chicken burrito lite sauce and it came loaded with sauce. Also order two double shell meat and cheese tacos. The employee didn't know how to make it. I received the shells and strip of taco meat, chips without any lettuce or cheese. Tried to call the restaurant and no answer.
It's a shame for an older person that is not familiar with the technology it really sucks that they do not wait personally on people anymore you got to go to a chaos machine
