It's sad. It's like this location is cursed. They get a new GM and things improve, food is like it's advertised, things are in stock, place looks clean, and other things you would just expect to happen in the day to day operations of any restaurant but then it goes back to the same old song and dance. Not busy at 1pm but out of multiple staples like fried chicken or popcorn chicken or mountain dew. This is one of the worst Taco Bell locations you’ll find around here. The food has zero quality control. Several times we’ve ordered bean burritos with the beans so dry they’re basically powder. The staff are nice enough but they must be shorthanded in the kitchen. The location up 15-501 near Cole park or even siler city are great.
I chose to drive-through for a reason. I order my food and was told to pull around to the front. I proceeded to wait 10mins with a screaming 8-month old in the back, hence the decision for the drive-through. Not the only bad experience from this location.
Best taco bell in the state of NC! Candice and the team are putting in the work! Delicious, hot, huge portions! Full quesadillas! Seasoned fries! Love this taco bell!
