On todays visit, we were missing a bag of chips, and one bag was only a quarter full. This location forgets something almost every time we go but always hope for better next time. They dont fully fill items, Service at this location has all around gone way down over the last 20 years living in woodstock eating at this location. Ice machine didnt work when we went this time either.
Had us wait in line an hour in he drive through just to ignore the speaker and close before we could say our mobile order. Hour of my life i will never get back, hopefully i at least get a refund
Updated Mar 14, 2026: Used to be a four star review because the team and reliability the few times a month I felt like having fast food. Today, all employees, at 2:10pm, were outside smoking. I went through drive through to be greeted by "we are out of protein, please come back in 15 minutes". There is nothing in the fast food industry (speaking from experience) that takes 15 minutes to cook...
