1st of all, they no longer have employees who take orders inside the store, you have to place your order on 1 of 2 touchscreen kiosks and pay with a card..... I'm don't think they can accept cash inside. Then after that, we were "lucky" to receive our ordering q little over 20 minutes. We ordered a burrito, some nachos, and an order of fries..... Really? Over 20 minutes? It was horrible. The food was at least hot and had just been assembled, but waiting that long after having to place my own order was enough for me to never ... read more
