They handed someone else (dine in) our mobile order. The order was handed to me directly after the customer opened our order. The manager didn't apologize or offer to remake it. App doesn't honor the rewards and shows that its "out of order" for Cheesy Gordita Crunch. Scam Rewards!! How do you run out of spme standard ingredients that goes in other food items that are available at the same location. Other locations were showing the same issue.

My french fries were in the box, but some of them were placed on the black plastic tray without paper. It was old and dirty.
BEST TACO BELL I'VE BEEN TO! My order was perfect, had the perfect amount of ingredients on the food, had napkins and all the sauces I asked for. Thank you so much overnight shift <3
