35-45 min wait in drive thru is unacceptable. People need to be fired and retrain new employees thats just ridiculous

The AI that takes orders nearly ruined my day, until our food was served to perfection by an employee that we believe is the manager. I nearly wept as I sunk my teeth into the delicacy that is the Dorito Los Taco. The service was amazing, he served us with smile on his face, a smile so radiant that only bliss and nirvana met my eyes, my soul was warmed. The food was delicious, no complaints. This is the work of true humanity, not that AI bullshit. We love you, Taco Bell.
