Taco bell food is consistent and reasonable price. For this location, I ordered 3 items and I've waited in line for an hour with 4-5 cars in front of me. When I got to the counter and paid, I waited another 25 minutes for my food. My wife and I very sad given the poor service in the taco bells in Lafayette. In our precious location, it took them just minutes even on busy days. Sadly, I don't think we're gonna be able to come back to taco bell going forward.
Horrible service didn't make order right drive thru had a attitude and had plastic in my food the refuse to answer the phone find better workers or find better customer service and stop stealing people's money
It was great, compared to the Teal Rd store. Looked like quite a few people standing around while a few were doing their job.
Waiter over 30 mins in drive through for food that I ordered ahead of time.
Go to a different one. I spent $12 for the luxe box and the only thing edible was the burrito I customized. Sadly there are very few tables in the restaurant and no decorations, not even pictures of the food or even a menu. The taco meat is literally liquified, the chicken chalupa has nothing inside it, and the chips are stale crumbs. The older man behind the counter was rude and refused to help me. A younger guy brought me a replacement taco but again the meat was liquefied, soaking the taco. It wasn't grease either.
