Literally stopped going to any other Taco Bell. The service is fantastic, and my food is ALWAYS hot when I get home. Excellent experience all three times I’ve been to this location
Ridiculously long wait time in drive thru. Ordered 1 taco...taking over 10 minutes and counting .
Started out with a cone in the mobile order line, turned into a 20minute wait to have the one car in front of me order then was told it would be a 15 min wait because they ran out of beef! At the window the lady was super friendly, but I watch her dump something out of a bucket and then SCOOP ICE OUT OF SAID BUCKET FOR MY DRINK! There is 5 ice cubes if that in my drink, but I’m more worried about why the ice was in a bucket and for how long has it been in there. Missing my aqua refresca that my partner ordered for $5. This was the worst experience of my life. I waited 50 minute while there was 6 people total in the building. And then they end up giving me nothing basically. I mean the most pathetic people working there. They should all be fired and that location should be shut down immediately. It’s embarrassing how pathetic they are. This better be fixed asap.
