Offensively poor. Living close by, I've been here many times. During the day, it's ok. After dark, the "taco wizards" must be high on taco magic because, without fail, it sucks. You absolutely have to plan on waiting a long, long while. Regardless of how much you order or how busy they are. They're aloof at best, if not downright incompetent. Taco bell has stepped up their game
I swear this Taco Bell has the most incompetent employees I've ever seen in my life, I typically put in mobile orders, usually for pickup in store. Never have I had an issue at any other Taco Bell, this one can't seem to wrap their heads around the mobile order situation. The people there at night filled my baja zero to the top instead of leaving an inch of air. Made me so super happy. Best Taco Bell in the lafayette metro area by far.
