Taco Bell can be very hit or miss on the service and food construction. This one was exemplary on both. We had a mobile order that showed up when we pulled up, was complete, and actually tasted like Taco Bell is supposed to taste. Thank you, restored my faith in the chain.
Clean, quiet and fast service.
Long waitntimes for.pickmup orders. Staff are very unprofessional, no updates to customers, just chitchatting the whole time. The manager is a joke, he seems like he is gonna help but useless
Edit: I want to double down that this is the best Taco Bell in town. I will only give my time and money to this location This is the BEST Taco bell in either of the Lafayettes!! And we have been to them all. The food is always fresh and properly made/ wrapped and stacked in the bag. Everyone is always so nice and professional. Service is quick too - either when placed thru the app or kiosk! Even tho it is a bit out of the way we will ALWAYS go here for Taco Bell!
DO NOT “EAT” HERE!!! Stopped on my way to Chicago. No counter service (only kiosks) and never got our food after waiting for 30+ minutes. Asked if I could cancel my order and the person yelled out “I don’t know!!” and stalked off. We should have known by the fact that the entire dining room was full of people waiting for their orders. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but avoid this place. It’s a waste of time and money.
