I am vegan and ordered a black bean Crunchwrap supreme seen below. I was eating and realized I was given beef. My order was extremely clear. Asked the manager to remake it and they made it wrong. Again. I then expressed my frustration and asked for a refund, which the manager reluctantly gave. I will never eat at Taco Bell ever again, I’m so upset. My order could not have been clearer but clearly people here cannot read nor do they care about their customers.
Always love eating at this location. Food was good, but the wait was a bit longer than expected. Overall, a decent experience.
