I just ordered food and the person who took my order was extremely rude
This place is a joke. They take their sweet time, and then charge you for food you WON’T even receive. I ordered a #8 meal, a cheesy bean and rice burrito, a steak chalupa, nacho fries, and a chicken quesadilla, with two large Baja Blasts. Which costed $32.88. (Now not all of this was for me, it was my boyfriend and I’s dinner.) Guess what I got? My drink, my cheesy bean burrito and the nachos with cheese that was supposed to be the side to my meal.(My boyfriend received all of his food though) I received a 1/4 of my #8 meal... read more
The manager saw no problem with the food. I had to call the local police to get a refund. This is disgusting and against food policy call health department tomorrow it happens to often.
Do not do mobile ordering. It's not faster. If anything its slower. Currently sitting and waiting for my food and two people who ordered at the drive through have gotten their food. The person in front of me and the person behind me
