Everything about my experience was horrible, first of all the guy at the window literally told me that I was lying and that I didn’t order a Freezy , and his attitude was just so bad if you don’t wanna work then don’t work for customer service. 2nd the food was so bad the chips tasted like old Oil That chemical taste , The cheesy Gordita crunch The flatbread wasn’t even warmed up. I asked if they had another soda machine because there was no fizz. She said no, “the pepsi guy just fixed it”, turned around shutting the door, and walked off. I got a cup of syrup and flat water. She didn’t even offer anything else.
I wanted their new chicken Mexican pizza with the lime sauce on it. “We’re all out.” Ok. Can I get the $9 box with those dipping tacos? “Out of that too”. OK, can I get the box with a Chalupa instead of a dipping taco as a substitute? “No the chalupa only comes in the combo.” OK well the Chalupa meal is like $14 and the box is nine dollars. can you substitute anything in the $9 box? “No, sorry.” Coool
