The food was handed to me in terrible condition. I ordered combo number 2 (3 beef crunchy tacos supreme); the bag was torn and the food was wrapped very carelessly. To top it off, they didn't offer me any sauce and slammed the window in my face. All can say is very poor service
Ordered through the app, experience was pleasant. Staff was friendly and receptive.
When your app gives an option for how many sauces why do you ignore it and give 3 for a luz box? Cost of your sauce is probably 2 cents but you consistently ignoring what customer asked for shows lack of care.
