Was charged for the wrong order in drive thru that was almost double my total. Guy told me to pull around front and he'd bring me the difference. I waited over 20 minutes. Went inside and still had to wait another 10. Another employee brought me less than the difference. I noted I was still owed 74 cents. The original guy came back, obviously irritated, and gave me a dollar. He went back to the kitchen and said something out loud about the situation. I placed a mobile order on the app and paid with a credit card. I pulled up to the speaker and gave my name for the already paid order. Understanding it would be a new order I asked if I could order a drink and would pay for it with cash at the window. A very simple request and played out in my head like this. I pull up to the speaker, they hand out the already made and paid for order. They think ring up my drink in a whole new order and hand it out. Seems pretty logical. I waited 45 minutes in the store while four employees did absolutely nothing and completely ignored me. No one even bothered to acknowledge my presence. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Totally unacceptable.
