They but onions in my burrito after I told them "no onions please"

Picked up an online order with a 12 pack of Cinnabon bites, the bites were cold and solid at the center so I ask for them to be remade. I was informed it should be no issue and was given no instruction on what to do with the previous order so it was thrown away. When the cashier came back I was told they would not be remade due to them being "dropped fresh, so they should be warm." If they get something wrong just go to corporate and get a return, also think about different taco bells.
Idk who was making our food but you can really tell they halfassed literally all 7 food items. I’m not exaggerating at all when I say everything that has meat in it only had 2-3 chunks of chicken/steak in them Barely any of the cheese was melted in every item. The cheese roll up is the easiest thing to make and that wasnt even done right.
