Ordered the 5 dollar box through the app. Got to the store about 5 minutes after I placed the order in the app. There's a customer at the counter ordering food with his brother. I literally saw him pay for his food. Then somehow someway they got their food before I did. If someone orders on the app the order should be come first before a customer in the store.
This location is denying customers, at 12:45am, when they close at 1am.
Always double check we paid for 2 orders of the street chalups & only got 1 in our bag 😭
This by far had been the best TacoBell ever. Never had food like this from any TacoBell combined.
I’m convinced there’s no one staffed here on nights because the drive thru line just piles on cars and never moves forward. Took 20 minutes for the line to shift up one car.
