Krista who I believed was manager on was not helpful and was very rude about my situation. My chips and cheese added to the order where I used my reward points were not in the bag. When I called back asking if there’s any way I can get my reward points she politely said she cannot give my points back how ever I can come in any time to request my item that was missed. They didn't give me a burrito I paid for i didn't notice till I got home they said they can only refund if I drive all the way back and food was stale and didn't taste good I get its taco bell but atleast try it's every time I'm missing something.
Ordered a few quesadillas one steak one chicken and steak . The steak quesadilla came with 4 tiny pieces of steak in 1 sad piece of the quesadilla... Then I called and spoke with Jacob the manager started my conversation with I don't want any free food or anything and he said he made my food and I'm lying and he knows he put on more than 4 pieces of steak on it.. very bad customer service at this place I would highly recommend driving to another taco bell location

Manager is very rude and threatened to not tale our order because we have too many orders
