As someone who works in a taco based fast food joint I could NEVER imagine treating a customer the way I was treated last night. Went through the drive thru and the lady working the drive thru was horrible. She handed me my food I looked in the bag to make sure I got the correct food and she started saying "get get get when its time to eat your food its time but now isnt the time" so I drove up and as I did she kept making comments. So I work 2nd shift and get off at 11pm every single day, and sometimes I go here at 12:30 RIGHT BEFORE CLOSE, and today’s event out of things via in the workers control, they ran out of beef; no big deal, so they upgraded my protein to steak ( which is phenomenal) and then because I ordered a item that’s not typically ordered I had to pull around and wait up front ( not even 4min later I have my food ) but they offered me a FREE large drink because of the wait, I refused BUT it’s the thought that counts . i ate breakfast and something tasted really bad. i had to spit it out immediately, instead of taking it serious? all she said was, oh nothing was bad. it was all made fresh 4 hours ago?….4 hours..hmmmm , hope no one gets sick. food poisoning isn’t a joke. and she should of taken it more serious
Just drove 40 minutes round trip and my wife ordered 2 tacos and barely get any meat, Pretty much cheese and lettuce. It's a huge waste of Money! Do not plan on EVER going back! I recommend you choose somewhere else.
