This is the worse service ever we been here 30 mins n still havnet gotten our food ! Not enough workers either one working food area one taking order thur drive thur n one taking inside orders n then the lady that took our order wasn't any where to be found after wards ! Worse service ever !
My favorite fast food service person is Jessica at the Taco Bell in Madiso.n, GA. She makes me feel welcomed and taken care of every time! That woman needs a raise. :-). However, I called to tell the mgr how much I appreciated Jessica and, after a few rings, someone picked up the call and immediately put me on hold - no greeting at all, and then I was LEFT on hold. So...A+ to Jessica, food quality & timeliness but gotta give an G to general customer service of this restaurant.
