Honestly, before today happened I would give this place a 5 stars, and it wouldn’t be against any of the staff for what happened today I loved coming here. First I was informed that instead of enjoying the benefits of happy hour, it’s moved to mobile orders only, to incentivize people to go to the app. Instead of selling my information to a fast food chain, I would rather just go to McDonalds as it’s close to most Taco Bell’s, and honestly is the better deal. How can you run a fast food restaurant and turn away a customer because you don't have change. I know all stores can make a bank run when they open and if not they can go when they have down time. Truthfully that was a bullshit comment so my order was refused because they couldnt accommodate a simple situation involving change. I think it's because I am a minority. I will not return to this taco bell ever.
No one would take our order inside. Ignored us 100% and took drive through after drive through order looking right at me. Management standing behind me talk to people ignoring the situation.
