Ordered a nacho Bell grande all the toppings was Piled all in one spot so I took it inside to get it prepared a little better the manager took my platter with a attitude very rude slammed a bunch of toppings on the chips running all down the Sid’s of the container walking away I said no I can’t eat this in my car with things dripping off the sides just refund my money, with her ugly attitude she wasn’t about to fix nothing else for me I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO COWETA TACO BELL IN THIS LIFE TIME
Waited 45 minutes inside for my food. The same 6 drive-thru vehicle sat there the entire time. Staff stated it was only those two working. Where was management? Very poorly ran store.
Went 7/22 at 11:35am and the customer service was AWFUL. The older lady taking our order was extremely rude, kept interrupting us mid talking, and gave us the worst experience at taco bell EVER. This lady does NOT need to be working in customer service.
I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what, but the last three times I’ve been here, it takes 10 to 15 minutes to get your order and many times it’s incomplete. I never have any problems with the Taco Bell on 71st near Lynn Lane.
I live near this Taco Bell and try to avoid it as much as possible, unfortunately I love Taco Bell and it’s the closest one to me 🤣 but almost every time you come here, you will be told before you even order anything that “There is a 20 minute wait is that okay” even if you are the only one in the drive thru. I have been told this 3 times, and also told “We have a big order so there is going to be a wait is that okay?” And then when I said that is okay then I got a bad attitude.
