Got a moldy cheesy gordita. Filed a report on the app just wanting a refund. It's been over a week and no correspondence from taco bell at all. Crazy. Went ahead and reported the location to the health department. Update: after almost a month, I was issued a 5 dollar gift card.
Just came through the drive thru this evening for a Mountain Dew Baja blast. That is all I wanted at this time and the lady who waited on me was so kind, and sweet! She had a face piercing and a heart on her cheek. Thank you for making my night a lot sweeter!
Go to Taco Bueno or Taco Mayo, actually use cheese and have actual salsa
I've gotten food here before that's usually fine, but I'm very bothered by the fact that multiple times when I've ordered online compared to in person that the meat they put in the food is noticeably less. Specifically I'll order a crunch wrap in person and it's fine but if I order one to pick up it's got a THIRD of the meat, so LITTLE meat that MOST of the wrap has nothing but vegetables and the parts that did have meat were so thin that it was bairly anything to take note of.
