I sat at the window for 6 minutes so I pulled up to the main window to order when I did so they had the whole entire staff come to the window just to tell me no they would not take my order at the window and the cashier just got there so I needed to pull around to get to the back of the line and wait all over again so I did so and when I did, I ordered the way they asked me to and my order still ended up messed up. I was missing some of my food in the order as well.
They NEVER get the order right. Always give super tiny portions. There’s a lot that they claim to not offer but if you order online they’ll give it to you. Staff is really rude and does not listen to customer requests. I asked for a cantina chicken bowl with no cabbage so they gave me lettuce instead. Ordered 3 Cantina Chicken soft tacos and received what I can only believe the to maybe Chicken. I'm going to leave this photo so you can be the judge.
Food was what's hot and well prepared. Tasted great.
