I placed an order online. When I arrived at the store I told the lady behind the counter the name on the order. The lady demanded to see my phone (bizarre), I presented my phone to her. The order was paid for on the app, but she still refused to hand me my order. Lost my appetite and was no longer hungry. I insisted the store kept the food.
