"I’ve been a regular at this KFC for a long time, and while this was the first time they got my order wrong, their customer recovery was impressive. Since I didn’t notice the mistake until I got home, I called and spoke with a manager. He was professional and kind, noting my name for a replacement the following day. When I arrived, even though that specific manager wasn't there, the staff was already well-informed and handled the replacement smoothly—no drama or hassle!
