i’ve been coming here over 10 years. there’s only so many times i’m going to want to move out the drive thru when there are no cars behind me just so your timer can reset or whatever. or if i order on the mobile app, how does the next 8 cars in the drive thru get their food before me, what was the point of ordering ahead of time if it won’t be done by time i get there. food is usually quality taco bell to me, i don’t expect gourmet but just give me my food man.
This location was extremely busy when we visited. I would like to give a big shout out to the staff working this afternoon around 6p. They were completing orders with speed & accuracy. They check in on our dine in experience to make sure everything was good and the restaurant was clean. Thank you for being rockstars! I saw the employees in the kitchen hustling and still being aware of those waiting for their orders. We appreciate you guys!
