I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I experienced at your Taco Bell location 91 Smallwood MD 20602 on [1/19/26 ] at approximately [2:26pm]. During my visit, I interacted with manger/leadership MS.PAM informed by employee Geraye (which was amazing by the way). The customer service MS.PAM provided whose behavior I found to be unprofessional and dismissive. Nothing wrong it's just Taco Bell
I place a mobile order for the counter it said my order would be ready a 6:23. So I walk to the doors and they were locked there was a girl inside getting food and talking with the employees. she was inside telling people outside what to do then, she came outside cussing at people just because they were asking questions. The employees were not trying to talk to anyone they ignored everyone that came to the door.
