Workers were so kind and efficient. The store however did not have any AC which is inhumane to both customer and employee alike. Please fix this for them , Knicks in 5 <3

This is the first time I came inside Taco Bell and the customer service is 100% excellent. Also it’s very clean in here and easy to get the drinks on the side, and I rate this location 999 trillion stars.
I ordered through the app for four items using my points/rewards which includes one BOGO deal and two free items. Upon arriving to the store, the cashier working there under the name Fernanda refused to make my order claiming that there is a scam going around Taco Bell. I explained to the staff how could there be a scam with my order if I placed through the Taco Bell app. Still, she refused to make my order and even stated the manager had refused as well.
