The app stated my food was ready for pickup, but I still had to wait about 20 minutes when I arrived. While I understand delays happen, the quality of the food made it worse. Two of my items were completely messed up one had ground beef instead of steak, and another had noticeably smaller portions than usual. To top it off, all the food was cold by the time I sat down to eat.
Everytime I order from this spot they mess up my order! There has not been one time where they got it right 🤦🏽♀
