Food was not good, customer service was terrible, and their big screen kiosk messed up and I lost my bday reward for the 3rd year in a row.
The atmosphere was nice and quiet. The service was quick. However, my group almost had to take a trip to the ER that could have been the end of someone's life because the workers didn't pay attention nor listen to the accommodations and attempted to give someone who has a life threatning level of alpha-gal syndrome beef. They issued a refund and replaced the food for free but refused to take it back and were lucky that simply touching the contaminated item didn't send them into shock.
