Well, you can’t provide good customer service if you’re playing on your phone and have earbuds in so you don’t notice the customer standing at the counter repeatedly calling for you. Also, as a place that specializes in the handling of food, management should know that phones are generally more unsanitary than public door knobs. Why is management allowing this?
