Ordered nacho fries asked them to be cooked to order = fresh. They handed me my bag and forgot my drink and my fries were not fresh they were warm from a warmer but I was told they were fresh, they in fact were not and when I came back they were rude as hell and had attitude. They then asked my for my fries back. Don’t recommend!
The service is relatively quick but the quality is terrible. Spend your money somewhere else so you avoid food regret.
I haven't been to taco bell in a while. Ordered at the drive thru. 1 CAR BEHIND THE PERSON ORDERING IT TOOK 45 MINUTES. (see pic taken at 2:02. What I received was the biggest joke of all time. Look at the size! Tacos almost didn't exist they were so small. Absolutely absurd. I had to walk back in and get a refund.
20 minutes in the drive-thru (without an option to exit) is just ludicrous. How can a fast-food business stay open with such poor customer service delivery. Update 3/21/26: Tried the dining room to see if that service was any better than my previously mentioned drive-thru experience because the line in the drive-thru was actually crazy long, stretching out of the parking lot and off the property.
