Very friendly staff members and hard workers, unfortunately they are usually understaffed and being next to a major Georgia college they are constantly overloaded with customers. Awful on the corporate leaders to understaffed this store during peak hours, otherwise would be 5 star experience.
I ordered a chicken quesadilla, chips and cheese, most of the quesadilla didn’t have anything in it and the chips and cheese had 5? Chips in it… waist of money.. and I had to order through a robot….?
This store is incredibly unprofessional and is only concerned about their drive through numbers. I came inside to wait for a DoorDash and did not receive any help whatsoever until after I stood at the counter for about thirty minutes. There were also a couple of normal customers in front of me waiting on their food or to be helped. All while the workers are constantly pushing food out of the window. This store seriously needs to reevaluate their priorities
