Came through the drive through today, waited at the drive through to get someone to answer when it didn't seem busy. When we did get someone they would disappear, and ignore everything we said, it took so long to get each item of our order in. Really frustrating as I love Taco Bell's food but I've had so many issues with them recently (mobile and in store) I may stop ordering.

Our order did get messed up. And had sour cream added to our order. We did not say anything until later.And really did not mind. The girl up front, was very nice and apologized for misunderstanding our order. Did have to order another one for my son, since he does not like sour cream. We did mention that the order was incorrect.But we still had to order another one. The right thing to do would have been to order a new one correctly with no charge.
