Now I remember why I haven’t been to Taco Bell in 2 years. And the wait time after paying for my food was unreal. Wish I hadn’t had to pay first. I would have walked and and they would’ve deserved to be out what 2 tacos cost……2 tacos!!! That was all I needed. And the lobby was almost empty

11/3/25 12:00pm. Came in for my 30 minute lunch break. Ordered my food via menu screen. Chose the option to pay with cash after order was complete. I stood in front of that counter for 29 minutes!!!! After being asked if I had a Door Dash order I said "no, but I've been waiting for my food for almost 30 minutes. They asked what the name was on my order and I told them "Val".
