The service is absolutely awful. The employees are rude and don’t acknowledge you at any point during the interaction. I stood at the counter to get my drinks after ordering, and two different employees looked at me and didn’t say a word. I finally went and sat back down. When my food was finally ready, my order was incorrect. I paid extra for add ons, and nothing I paid for was included. The lobby was dirty and nothing was stocked.This is the only Taco Bell I’ve had these issues with.
Dirtiest unkempt taco bell ive been in. No personal service. No pleasant faces.
