Sadly, this will be the last time I visit this Taco Bell. Pulled in the drive through on Friday 8/8 around 11:30 PM. Started to order after being asked what I would like until I was asked to hold about 30 seconds later. No big deal, it happens. 5 mins later, still nothing. I finally said "Umm hello?" to which I was rudely told "We're too busy to take orders right now so you're gonna have to wait 10 mins before ordering". Nice folks and good food quick! Dined in and enjoyed the food.
We came thru the drive thru on 7/3 around 10:55-11:00 and the lady taking orders was so rude at the window. Just nasty attitude just disgusting!! Would never have someone working for my establishment that doesn’t have more professionalism than that. She never greeted us over the speak and we pulled to the windows she just said the amount. Order wasn’t correct! If your going to be nasty at least be accurate! never again!
I ordered delivery. I ordered extra beef on 2 gorditas, no sour cream, add Chipotle sauce. I also ordered extra beef on a crunchy taco. I paid extra for that. There was no extra beef, actually it was almost impossible to see it or taste it. My gorditas were oozing sour cream, and no Chipotle sauce. This is the second time from 2 different locations. I'm done!
